REFUND POLICY

CLOTHING AND PRINTS ON DEMAND

All our products are custom made for your order. Due to this process we do not accept full refund of any print on demand items.  

Such as Legging, Hoodies, Prints and Mugs.

ORDER FAILED TO DELIVER 

If your order was not delivered within 2 weeks, please contact us. If you want us to reship the order let us know, and will reship it. Note that printable items are not refundable.  

To prevent this issues do as follow:

Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address.

Make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code.

SIZE EXCHANGES 

Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.

 

Damaged & Mislabeled Items

If a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damage during shipping, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

ORIGINAL ART

Original Art is the only item on the site that can be fully be returned. If the painting doesn't quite work in your space, you may return it within seven days of receiving your order. Once we receive the undamaged returned canvas, we'll issue you a refund for the purchase price of the art.

 

Art must be returned in its original or comparable packaging. You will be responsible for costs of return shipping and shipping insurance for the price of the painting. A refund will not be issued if the painting is returned damaged.
